Happy 70s originally started on ebay, over 1,000 products have been traded with 100% satisfied customers. The study of Horology especially as it’s applied to Cuckoo Clocks has always fascinated me. My niece Damary has an splendid artistic talent, we came up with the idea of combining our talents and therefore creating birds “Species Cuckoo Clocks”, from the North American Rufus-Sided Towhee to the Australian Flowerpecker each bird clock has its unique bird species colorful plumage. Other Cuckoo Clocks are Restored to its Original Conditions. We also make Specialties Cuckoo clocks covering many subjects. Unlike today's 95% Plastic Cuckoo Clocks our Clocks are at least 95% Wood. We are doing our part in helping the environment; we refurbish these clocks to give them an extra life perhaps in your own home yet unique among the market.

All Clocks are Test-Run for 4 to 7 Days Before Packaging

What We Do..

 

We Restore All of our Cuckoo Clocks to near New Conditions. The movements are Sonic-Cleaned and oiled,then mounted on a Test Stand for adjustments and parts replacement if any. The Housing & Carvings are cleaned and Paint/Varnished,some housing are re-glued or poxied for strenght. We also installed New Parts (unless mentioned) such as

New Bellow tops or Complete Bellows

New Chain Set with New Hooks & Rings

New Hour Hands with nuts & washers

Some have New Dials and Cuckoo Birds and even New Cuckoo Bird Doors or back doors. Some will have New weights or cleaned and retouched with a light coat of Copper Paint. Some will also have  re-touched painted adornments or added figurines etc.  We try to mention in the ad the most important replacements. Mechanisim oiled & ready for installation,after the complete assembly the restored cuckoo clock is tested for up to 7 days before packaging.

We even cleaned and retouch the weights for a finishing look (middle weight finished the others are not)
