1) Are there others (My Species) Cuckoo Clocks?
They may be others of the same species (special request) but they are numbered inside the clock and on the certificate.,But We do not make repeated clocks of the same Bird Species.

2) Is my Cuckoo Clock New?
No,and yes..All mechanicals has either been replaced or cleaned and oiled ready for years of service*,since they are mostly wood some pieces has been repaired but None are visually seen in front of the clock. *see instruction manual for easy to follow directions on proper maintenance procedures.

3) Why did my Cuckoo Clock stop by it self?
They may be more than one reason for this to happen*,Most commons are Placement., is the clock set by a window? or close to AC/Heather vents? wind and draft can stop the Pendulum therefore stopping the clock. Also when pulling the chains to wind the clock be careful on not touching the Pendulum accidently. Another possibility is Tilt and Angle. Try tilting the houseing a little forward if nail or screw is long enough,if it still stop (within 5 minutes or so) try moving the housing a liitle to the left or right. *see instruction for proper placement.

4) Does my Bird Species Cuckoo Clock sings like the bird I chose?
No,it's purely a Decorative Cuckoo Clock, but it will sound like a typical Cuckoo Clock. In addition some models also have a gong sound in between the Cuckoo sound. The more expensive models have a Musical sound too!.
