Another rare model made by Hubert Herr but with the newer style movement. We thoroughly cleaned this clock and Sonic cleaned and oiled the movement. All of the carvings are intact. A Sand Painting Painted in December 1978 with the painters’ reference hand written note (Holy man walking in beauty) on the back of the clock. It has a Heavy Duty Quartz movement yet with a interesting Mechanical Balance Pendulum internally. Runs on a C- cell battery. We installed a new set of hands. Measures appx. 12 inches high by 6 inches across and about 2 inches deep.

This one is something rare for sure due to its Half of the movement is Battery Operated and the other half is Mechanical. Time movement has a rather large size electronic board but the Striker has the Snail and Count Rack mechanically operated by way of motor and a mechanical Balancer for the pendulum action. This Mantle clock is in like new conditions, we used just a little furniture markers for detailing. As far as we can tell the movement is made in Japan for Linden Clock Company of Germany. A 2 Hammer sound that strikes the hour count, it has a On-Off push button for that and Time + or- adjuster on the back of the movement. Uses 1 D-size battery and the full instructions on the back of the back door. Measures appx. 19 inches long by 8 ¾ inches high by 4 inches wide.

A 1981 Albert Schwer 1 day movement and new bellow tops that we installed. Large size housing and a Jack Daniel dog but not glue in place. We did small wood works and touch up painting. The music box plays at the ½ hour and top of the hour as an organ man opens a door after the coo-coo sound. We also installed a Moon Disc Pendulum. A 1973 model made by E.SCHMECKENBECHER Cuckoo Clock house in Germany. The housing was reinforced with wood glue internally to keep it strong for another 50 years. The back door was previously made but we installed New Bellow Tops, Chains and Pendulum. All metal parts including the movement was cleaned and then oiled, then test-run. The little Bison & Moose on the front bottom are not glued in place. The music box plays an unknown melody at the top of every hour as the dancers do a ¼ turn as it goes around (see video). A survivor that was made from 2 clocks into 1*. The main housing and movement was made by the August Schwer Cuckoo clock house in 1978. The movement and all metal parts was sonically cleaned then oiled. Movement came out Bright & Tight. The topper was from another clock and was repaired previously, we did add the leaves to help cover that and gives it a more or less 3 dimensional looks to it. The 2 little birds on the bottom moves at every coo-coo calls. We did install a New Dial, Pendulum and clocks hands. Measures appx. 12 inches high by 9 inches across and about 6 inches deep. A 1979 model Mantle Clock in Super Clean Conditions. Made by Mason & Sullivan Clock shop, but the movement is a 141-070 Hermle Clock Movement. We only did simple cleaning and oiling but the movement was removed so the Front face could be oiled. Movement runs 14 days on a single wind. It has rear strike hammer that will strike out the hours at the top of the hour, and strike once for the half hour. No Wood or Glass repair or any gluing on this clock, it has small scratch on the top left side by the upper cone block but we apply a light coat of dark wood oil and can’t hardly notice it. It also has a Silencer Lever were you can simply move it Downward to silence the gong sound, the Upward for re-engagement of sound. Easy access back door for oiling and adjustments. Measurer’s appx. 20 inches tall by 10 inches across and about 5 inches wide. Comes with its original winding key.
